Planning estimates only

Calculator results are general planning ranges based on project inputs and market assumptions. They are not bids, appraisals, guarantees, or professional advice. Actual pricing can change substantially because of site conditions, materials, access, permits, labor, scope, and contractor availability.

Contractor introductions

Cranberry Project Guide is not a contractor and does not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee construction or home services. Contractors are independent businesses. You are responsible for reviewing quotes, references, insurance, licensing where applicable, contracts, permits, and the suitability of any contractor.

Quote requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a contractor will respond or that work will be available at the estimated range. It authorizes us to contact you about the project and share the submitted information with up to three potentially relevant contractors.

Contractor partner program

A contractor application does not create a partnership, agency relationship, or promise of leads. Lead eligibility, exclusivity, credits, fees, and payment terms must be agreed separately before paid participation begins.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt to access restricted records, interfere with the site, or use submitted information for unlawful or unrelated marketing.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service or a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Cranberry Project Guide is not responsible for contractor acts, project outcomes, pricing differences, property damage, injury, or indirect losses resulting from use of the site.
