Contractor applications may include business and contact information, services, coverage area, and qualifications. Contact forms include the information you choose to submit.

We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate contractor partners, improve the service, prevent abuse, maintain records, and connect homeowners with contractors.

Sharing with contractors

When you request local quotes, we may share the project and contact information you submitted with up to three contractors that may serve your project. Contractors are independent businesses and handle information under their own practices. We do not sell submitted information for unrelated marketing.

Retention and security

We retain records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, address disputes, and meet legal obligations. No system can guarantee absolute security, but access to submitted records is restricted to the site owner.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal or operational purposes.
